A well‑established organisation seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Compliance Officer to join their growing Sydney CBD team.

Your new role

You will manage a mixture of general enquiries and escalated or sensitive cases that require strong communication and sound judgement.

  • Handling inbound enquiries across multiple channels
  • Managing escalations and complex customer conversations
  • Interpreting government‑issued guidelines and explaining them clearly
  • Assessing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Providing system support and troubleshooting user issues
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex matters
  • Maintaining consistent service standards in a regulated environment

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced customer service professional with exposure to:

  • Government programs or government‑related service environments
  • Compliance, regulation, or documentation review
  • High‑volume customer support
  • Escalation management or dispute resolution
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
