Your new role
You will manage a mixture of general enquiries and escalated or sensitive cases that require strong communication and sound judgement.
- Handling inbound enquiries across multiple channels
- Managing escalations and complex customer conversations
- Interpreting government‑issued guidelines and explaining them clearly
- Assessing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Providing system support and troubleshooting user issues
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex matters
- Maintaining consistent service standards in a regulated environment
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced customer service professional with exposure to:
- Government programs or government‑related service environments
- Compliance, regulation, or documentation review
- High‑volume customer support
- Escalation management or dispute resolution
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
