What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face and voice of our service centre, assisting clients with their enquiries and resolving issues with a smile.
- Keep accurate records and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with a supportive team to provide exceptional service every day.
Your Work Schedule:
You will be working shift hours of 35 hours a week working hours are -
- Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:00pm (excluding public holidays) - Saturday:
8:30am to 12:30pm - End Date:
27/02/2026
Pay Rate:
$34.59 per hour + Super
Training:
Kickstart your journey with us through a comprehensive full-time training program (35 hours per week) for approximately 8–10 weeks, held on-site at Haymarket.
(Service Centre based; on-site for all shifts)
2x police checks and 2x references will be required. Strong, clear and professional communication is needed with experience working in a call centre environment.
