Due to this growth, this large and internationally recognised company based in Murarrie is seeking 2 Customer Support Administrators to join their team on a full-time basis.
Your new role
In this truly hybrid role between customer administration and data management, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through first line support to their customers, as well as validating and managing customer data.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Building a rapport and strong relationship with customers by offering support and advice throughout the onboarding and validation process
- Validating online questionnaires with close attention to detail and with reference to standard processes and procedures
- Accurately logging and updating customer records on the status of their questionnaires
- Advising and processing fee payments for new and renewing customers.
- Liaising and supporting customers to explain the benefits of our service; to help customers who are registering for the first time; to assist with customers who are renewing their subscription
- Providing accurate and clear information to supplier customers, explaining the benefits of our service and the processes involved to complete an online questionnaire required by our customers
- Being the first line support for a variety of customer enquiries including IT and procedural issues, concerns and complaints, updates on questionnaire application and process status
What you'll need to succeed
Ultimately, you'll be someone who is professional, adaptable and reliable. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills that can communicate with a diverse range of people and an exceptional eye for detail. It is essential that you have the following:
- Previous experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Comfortable handling inbound calls and making outbound calls when required
- Working knowledge of data management and data analysis
- Demonstrable experience of process improvement
- Proven track record of working to deadlines and targets
- Ability to adapt to the needs of a growing business
