Part Time Hours | Allied Health | West Gippsland

Hays Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our client’s team in Warragul. This role offers an immediate start on a six-month temporary assignment, with strong potential for ongoing employment. Our client is a well-regarded Allied Health organisation, known for its meaningful presence and contribution within the local community.

  • Monday & Wednesday, potential to relieve or inherit additional hours
  • 8:45am – 1:45pm
  • Immediate start
  • Upwards of $35ph + Super, dependent on experience


Your new role

  • Answering phones and booking appointments
  • Following up on debtors, creating and processing invoices
  • Taking payments and maintaining the waiting room
  • Running errands as needed
  • Scanning documents and general ad hoc admin


What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated success in front of house administration, with a professional and confident approach to handling enquiries and resolving complaints
  • Demonstrates sound judgment in applying organisational policies and procedures to effectively assess and respond to client needs, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and the importance of maintaining privacy in all interactions
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to different customer needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing environment

  • Must successfully complete a Police Check
  • Must hold a current Employee Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one
  • Must hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain one
  • Must be willing to provide referee details
