We’re looking for empathetic and resilient Customer Service Consultants to join our Fraud & Claims team.
In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, solutions-focused support to customers impacted by fraud or unexpected claims—helping them feel secure and supported as they navigate complex situations.
This is a full-time role based in Parramatta, with a strong potential for permanent conversion. You'll enjoy career development, a supportive team environment, and the chance to make a real difference.
Your new role
- Engage with customers affected by fraudulent activity or claims, offering tailored support and practical solutions.
- Handle sensitive enquiries with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
- Use your resilience and positivity to guide meaningful conversations.
- Help customers understand the claims process and restore their financial confidence.
- Apply investigative and questioning skills to assess and resolve fraud and claims cases.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre environment.
- Confidence in managing sensitive conversations with care and professionalism.
- High levels of empathy, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
- Prior experience in fraud, claims, or investigations is highly regarded.
