Your new role
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Marketing Campaign Manager for an initial 3 months. In this role, you will design and execute customer marketing campaigns that align with overarching business objectives. You will manage the annual campaign calendar, create compelling content, and optimise campaigns based on data insights to drive customer engagement and improve performance.
- Design and execute customer marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.
- Maintain and manage the annual customer marketing campaign calendar.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create targeted campaign content.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns using data insights.
- Build, test, and maintain automated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Develop and implement personalised, trigger-based marketing programs.
- Work with creative teams to develop campaign briefs and oversee creative asset delivery.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and present data-driven insights.
- Build and manage automated customer onboarding and nurture journeys.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in campaign management or digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience using email marketing automation systems and CRM software.
- Experience developing and executing trigger-based and automated campaigns.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in optimising email performance metrics.
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices and compliance regulations.
