The role
Join NABs dynamic CME Enablement team, supporting Corporate and Institutional Banking (C&IB) by ensuring seamless portfolio management and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering outstanding support to customers and colleagues.


  • Assist with portfolio hygiene, including managing alerts and suspense accounts.

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to support portfolio oversight and decision-making.

  • Support the setup and ongoing management of covenants and manual fees.

  • Conduct title searches, PPSR checks, and manage company and asset register data.

  • Assist with the setup of securities, lease consents, and other documentation tasks.

  • Solve operational pain points that benefit the broader business beyond C&IB.

  • Engage with customers and stakeholders via email and phone to manage relationships and gather required documentation.

  • Support new transactions by managing pre- and post-approval processes.

  • Run monthly and weekly reports to ensure compliance with covenants and fee structures.


The location: 395 Bourke Street (VIC) or 100 St Georges St Terrace (Perth)
The duration: 12-month temporary assignment
The hours: Monday to Friday, Hybrid, Business Hours
The hourly rate: $55.00 + Super
Start Date: October 2025


What you’ll need to succeed

  • Prior exposure to lending processes is essential.

  • Financial Documentation Expertise: Comfortable working with financial statements, insurance documents, bank letters of offer, company searches, and title searches.

  • Understanding of Security and Collateral: Knowledge of how to assess and manage collateral and security arrangements.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication is critical to success in this role
