Your new role

As a Customer Experience Officer, you will support the delivery of the organisation’s Customer Experience (CX) Strategy, working closely with the Customer Experience Lead and the broader Customer Experience & Insights (CX&I) team. You’ll play a key role in improving customer journeys—from single interactions to end-to-end experiences—through collaborative, cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll bring strong administrative and project coordination skills, along with a passion for customer-centric service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating CX programs and projects aligned with strategic objectives
  • Preparing reports, agendas, minutes, and briefing documents
  • Supporting governance and improvement initiatives under the CX Strategy
  • Drafting Ministerial, Media, FOI and Executive responses
  • Building stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners
  • Assisting with financial tasks including invoicing and budget reconciliation
  • Contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace culture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with visual design and collaboration tools
