Provide comprehensive customer service to vulnerable members of the community

Your new company

This State Government Department assist vulnerable members of the South Australian Community. They provide a service within legislated requirements and are seeking multiple customer service candidates to join their team.

Your new role

Will be providing case management and customer service to clients, including managing financial transactions and assessing information against legislation. You will be working with vulnerable people of the community and be required to provide a professional, comprehensive service to all callers. This role will involve answering calls and emails from the public along with completing comprehensive administration tasks in the management of the case file.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Resilient and empathic nature
  • The ability to remain impartial while providing great customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administration skills to ensure case notes are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Previous experience working within the Financial Industry is advantageous.
  • A current National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months is required for this role.

What you'll get in return

A 6-week temporary role working full-time hours of 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, with potential extension. An hourly pay rate of $43 per hour + Super and ongoing support and training from your manager.
