Your new role
Will be providing case management and customer service to clients, including managing financial transactions and assessing information against legislation. You will be working with vulnerable people of the community and be required to provide a professional, comprehensive service to all callers. This role will involve answering calls and emails from the public along with completing comprehensive administration tasks in the management of the case file.
