Hays Technology has proudly partnered with an employer. Of Choice in Brisbane to appoint a CRM/ERP Lead Architect to an initial 12-month contract. This role offers 3 days' work from home a week and a strong Likelihood of extension.

Your new role

This is a key leadership architect role in the C&D Delivery Stream to support the key outcomes of the program, and will be responsible for evaluating technologies and products, determining and enforcing standards, architecting the models to be used to exchange control and data among various components, to enable business outcomes.

• Identify and document architectural integrations and dependencies between the various sub-programs
• Work in close collaboration with the Project Solution Architects to ensure Project, Program and EA alignment
• Facilitate and contribute to architectural solution design of inter-program technology concerns
• Identify key inter-program architecture and business decisions that need to be made, develop solution options and represent those decisions through the governance process
• Develop architectural solutions in line with the architecture standards and the linkages between business process, information, application and infrastructure
• Contributing to program management and delivery structure design
• Align digital initiatives with business outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 15 years' demonstrated experience in program architecture or related roles (e.g. business architecture, systems analysis, solution architecture, information architecture)
• Excellent skills in: communication; judgement; research and analysis; stakeholder engagement; problem-solving; planning and time management
• Familiarity with TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Framework and the ability to develop and document architecture artefacts to represent different stakeholder viewpoints across all architecture domains: Business, Information, Data, Application and Technology layers; Cybersecurity and Service Management
• Ability to develop strategies, roadmaps and transition architectures using a contemporary EA approach to assist program needs in a quick and timely manner
• Demonstrated experience operating at the enterprise level within a complex ICT environment.

• Understanding of Customer Engagement and CRM systems, including Dynamics 365
• Understanding of Digital Identity and Authentication including MyID and social e.g. Google
• Understanding of Azure and Power Platform technologies
• High-level understanding of ERP systems such as SAP
• High level of skill/use of Office productivity tools (MS Office)
