Customer Service Administrator Wanted for Local Organsistion - Moranbah, QLD

Your new role

  • Undertake and prepare fortnightly and monthly debtor invoicing and reconciliations, including investigating and rectifying discrepancies

  • Assist in providing administrative support, including word processing, spread sheeting, data entry, drafting of correspondence, photocopying and general office duties

  • Assist in collating and analysing various information and data

  • Assist in providing financial assistance, including requisitions and task numbers, orders, expenditure reports and budget control reports
  • Assist in compiling meeting reports and taking meeting minutes
  • Coordinate the collection and submission of timesheets
  • Maintain and monitor the leave calendar for members

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficient in the use of MS applications, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, to produce effective outcomes relevant to the work area.

  • High-level administrative skills, including previous experience in word processing, spread sheeting, data entry, drafting of correspondence, photocopying and general office duties.

  • Demonstrated financial understanding and analysis skills.

  • Good organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities and workflows.

  • Customer service skills, including experience in the documentation and following up on un-actioned requests.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience (3+) years within an administrative and financial support environment;
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
