Your New Role

As a CRM & Automation Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation’s CRM platform, ensuring its effective use to support stakeholder engagement, reporting, and operational efficiency. You will design and implement end-to-end automated workflows, manage data integrity, and develop dashboards and insights to inform decision-making.
Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with marketing, operations, and insights teams to optimise processes, streamline systems, and enhance user adoption. You will also lead training initiatives, support campaign activity, and continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, and platform performance.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) within a mid-sized or complex organisation
  • Strong experience in automation, workflow design, and system integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data, build reports, and deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and train users
  • Strong project management capability and experience working across multiple teams
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, IT, or a related discipline (preferred)
