Your New Role
As a Credit Analyst, you'll be responsible for evaluating and structuring residential and commercial loan applications. You’ll work closely with brokers and the leadership team, gaining firsthand experience in deal-making and client strategy. The most exciting part? You’ll be on a guided path to transition into a contract-led broker role within 6–12 months.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 2+ years of experience in credit, lending, or banking
  • Strong grasp of credit policy and loan structuring
  • An interest in stepping into a client-facing broker role
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
