Your new role
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to employees and senior leaders, manage reception duties, and coordinate various office services. This full-time, permanent role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Managing reception and meeting room bookings, ensuring spaces are well-maintained and equipped
- Supporting onboarding processes, including inductions and security access
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and catering arrangements
- Handling procurement, expense processing, and document archiving
- Assisting with event coordination and general administrative support across the office
- Supporting with an upcoming office move
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Corporate Head Office is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Understanding of procurement and basic accounting processes
- Experience with records management and document archiving
