Your new role

As a Corporate Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic transformation and operational excellence across the organisation. You’ll lead initiatives that optimise business practices by delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. Your responsibilities will include conducting feasibility studies and financial modelling, analysing business performance, and identifying trends to support strategic planning. You’ll also facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote continuous improvement, develop performance reporting tools, and advise stakeholders on project prioritisation aligned with long-term goals. Additionally, you’ll contribute to financial planning through scenario modelling and support the implementation of business improvement programs that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outcomes within deadlines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or design thinking is a plus.

• Proficiency in tools such as Promapp and Microsoft Power Platform will be highly regarded.
