Your new role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Contract Managers by coordinating contract administration activities, maintaining documentation systems, and ensuring compliance with commercial standards and legal requirements. You’ll play a key part in enabling the team to meet strategic objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Provide day-to-day contract, administrative and coordination support to Contract Managers
- Prepare and manage contractual correspondence with contractors and suppliers
- Maintain contract documentation
- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and renewal of contracts, including payment processing
- Support the development and management of contract documentation and specifications
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and maintain associated records
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards (including AS4000 series) and legal contracting requirements
- Manage contract databases and reporting to meet audit and performance requirements
- Apply document control processes and interpret technical drawings where required
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Must be immediately available to start
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and National Police Check
- Ability to provide 2 references, covering the past 12 months of employment
