Your new role
Manage contract documentation, procurement, and subcontractor agreements
Monitor project budgets, variations and progress claims
Collaborate closely with Project Managers & Site Teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and company standards
Support forecasting and reporting ensuring financial accuracy
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction contracts and financial processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality outcomes
