- Process new home tenders and allocate workflow efficiently
- Prepare and issue contract documentation in line with company procedures
- Lodge building and plumbing applications with certifiers and councils
- Coordinate external reports including soil tests, surveys, engineering, and truss designs
- Manage post-contract variations and communicate directly with clients when needed
- Review colour, tile, and electrical selections to ensure accuracy before the final sign-off.
- Complete comprehensive file checks prior to handover to the construction team
- Provide timely and professional support to clients, consultants, and suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar Contract Administrator role within residential construction
- Strong working knowledge of Procore is essential.
- Familiarity with Onsite Companion is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of residential building processes and documentation
