Your new role
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking experienced Contract Administrators to join their Sydney-based team.
You will play a key role in supporting the commercial and procurement functions across major construction projects, working closely with project teams to ensure smooth financial and contractual delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Support procurement strategies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
- Manage head contract and subcontract variations
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier claims in line with contractual requirements.
- Assist with contract finalisation, including defect management and variation tracking
- Contribute to monthly reporting and financial tracking of project performance
- Work collaboratively with project teams to maintain strong commercial outcomes
- Proven experience in contract administration within major building or construction projects
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- 3–6 years’ experience working in a site-based commercial role
- Strong attention to detail with solid financial and contractual understanding
- Experience using construction software such as CHEOPS, Aconex or similar (training can be provided)
- A proactive and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
