Your new role

• Within this contract administrator job you will manage all post-contract administration.

• Handling PO's

• Communicating and liaising with subcontractors
• Issuing notice and amendments
• Reporting to the PM
• Managing variations
• All other contract administration duties.

What you'll need to succeed

• Preferably, a qualification in construction or similar is an advantage.

• Contract administration experience in commercial construction is essential (1+ year).
• Knowledge of civil works through to handover is an advantage.
• Full working rights
• Ability to work within the office and on site as required
