Your new company

My client is looking for an experienced Content Coordinator to come onboard for this 3-month temporary assignment. The role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key project and help shape a major digital platform for this department.

Your new role

As a Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of marketing and communications content for the department. You will focus on coordinating the development of content assets and content production.
You will work to collaborate with stakeholders both internal and external, in conjunction with the team to develop comprehensive content. You will work to both review and edit assets to ensure they meet the department's standards. You will work to provide guidance and advice on content management and maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to be highly organised and juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to proofread thoroughly
  • Work well within a team and have strong collaboration skills to ensure the best outcome for the project
  • The ability to source content across multiple formats
  • Able to translate technical information into engaging and easy to understand language for different target audiences
