My client promotes and pays on merit, no box ticking exercises here- if you are good at what you do, they will pay you accordingly...before you have to ask!

They work on behalf of a real range of clients, all private. From residential to commercial, agecare, to health, to social housing. Private projects require that driven mentality. Based 1 stop from the CBD on the train, the team is agile, and want to work autonomously. They are straight to the point, and make sure they deliver what they are asked to do. Your new role

You will work on behalf of a range of private clients, engaged to deliver projects from start to finish. You will oversee planning, delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Dealing with design and delivery.

Bringing your builder experience you will be trained and developed into a Consultant PM. Using your construction knowledge and technical skills, along with your soft skills you will evolve into a client-side PM. Surrounded by experienced PM's you will thrive in this environment.

What you'll need to succeed

A Degree in construction management or something similar

Project experience similar- building projects $5m- $100m- commercial, health, apartments, agecare

Experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 builder- a recognised Australian name. Principle builders, not subcontractors
Residential houses, townhouses NOT suitable
Experience dealing with, and managing up to external stakeholders
Outstanding communication skills, confident and keen to work autonomously
Able to be office based 5 days/week- and working in a thriving environment.
4-8 years experience
