Your new role

You’ll be working as a Multi-Skilled Operator across various local projects, completing 8–10-hour shifts. The role involves operating a range of machinery including excavators and skid steers, with driving duties for those holding an HR licence. Additional tickets and experience with other plant or machinery are highly desirable. This is a casual position paying $40/hour + penalties, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Proven experience operating civil machinery

• Valid tickets for excavator, skid steer, and/or HR licence

• Additional licences/tickets (e.g. roller, front-end loader, etc.) are a bonus.

• A strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment

• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening and functional medical.
