Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Construction Management graduate to kickstart their career in project delivery. As a Construction Cadet, you’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers and Site Supervisors to gain hands-on experience across all phases of construction—from planning and procurement to site coordination and project close-out.

You’ll be involved in a diverse range of fit-out projects across the commercial, retail, and government sectors , gaining exposure to high-spec interiors and fast-paced delivery environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Supporting procurement and subcontractor coordination
  • Attending site meetings and liaising with consultants and contractors
  • Learning to manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline
  • A genuine passion for the construction industry and a strong interest in project management
  • A current and valid driver’s licence (essential for site travel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with team members, clients, and subcontractors
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality
