Your new role

This role is integral to the successful delivery of projects, encompassing responsibilities across the tendering, preconstruction, and construction phases. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

In this role, you will find yourself carrying out duties including but not limited to:
  • Managing documentation and data entry for projects
  • Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and trade coordination
  • Preparing reports and maintaining registers
  • Supporting Project Managers with scheduling and progress tracking
  • Handling email correspondence and liaising with stakeholders
  • Maintaining accuracy in financial and project records


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
  • Strong administration experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Have initiative and be able to take ownership of the role
