Your new role

Our client is seeking an experienced Concreter to join the Pre-Cast Division. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and finishing pre-cast concrete elements to meet project specifications and deadlines.

• Prepare, pour, and finish concrete for pre-cast components.
• Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment safely.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OHS standards.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you will have prior experience concreting along with:

• Strong understanding of concrete mixes, curing, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

What you'll get in return

In return, our client can offer an immediate start in a labour hire position with the view to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate. This position will see you working 10hrs a day on $46ph + penalties + superannuation on a Monday to Friday roster with overtime available.
