I am currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor who has a solid understanding and experience of using the "Command System". The position is in the Western Suburbs and the primary focus of the role will be to ensure the production requirements meet both manufacturing costs and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the concrete plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production
- Manage a team of plant operators and production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor plant equipment and machinery, ensuring they are properly maintained and in good working condition
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in a concrete plant, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge and experience using the "command system" position
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
