Your new role

You will be working as the Concrete Maintenance Team Leader. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Operate small plant and equipment.
• Undertake general labouring duties such as concrete mixing, erecting form work in preparation for concrete work, pouring and finishing concrete, and brick and slab paving.
• Basic traffic management as required.
• Responsible for the supervision and development of staff in concrete team.

What you'll need to succeed

• MR or HR Licence is essential!

• White card is essential!

• Must have excellent customer service skills!

• Must have experience in in-situ and precast concrete maintenance and repairs!

• Experience in operating and maintaining plant and equipment.

• High level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Effective time management skills.
