Your new role
The Compliance Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the organisation-wide Compliance Framework. This role fosters a compliance culture by equipping decision-makers with the tools and training to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks effectively. The Compliance Manager is instrumental in ensuring the organisation complies with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards as well as internal governance requirements. This is a statewide role that may require travel to various business locations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need extensive experience in second line of defence compliance with the ability to enhance compliance frameworks and programs in compliance management, governance, or a related field within a large, complex organisation, with demonstrated success in achieving strategic objectives.A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, or appropriate tertiary qualifications.
