Compliance and Administration Support Officer

Your new role
As a Compliance Administration Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Compliance and Investigations team. You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring enquiries, correspondence and records are managed efficiently and in line with organisational requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative support to the Compliance and Investigations team.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Responding to routine enquiries and escalating matters where required.
  • Monitoring and managing shared mailboxes, including triaging correspondence and preparing standard responses.
  • Researching information to support accurate and timely responses.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Preparing correspondence and documents using Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
  • Working collaboratively within the team with a high level of attention to detail.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within a government or regulatory environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgement when escalating matters.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong understanding of confidentiality.
