Your new role
As a Compliance Administration Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Compliance and Investigations team. You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring enquiries, correspondence and records are managed efficiently and in line with organisational requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Compliance and Investigations team.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Responding to routine enquiries and escalating matters where required.
- Monitoring and managing shared mailboxes, including triaging correspondence and preparing standard responses.
- Researching information to support accurate and timely responses.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Preparing correspondence and documents using Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
- Working collaboratively within the team with a high level of attention to detail.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within a government or regulatory environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgement when escalating matters.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong understanding of confidentiality.
