Your new role
End-to-end processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Complete statutory reporting including BAS, PAYG, FBT and other obligations
Maintain fixed asset register and capex reporting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Support external audit processes and compliance requirements
Assist with cash flow management and forecasting
Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors, and external service providers
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related field (pursuing CA/CPA)
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an all rounded accounting role
Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting systems
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability
Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
