Your new role

As part of the Business Readiness and Change team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of communication strategies that enable employees to understand, adopt and embed change.

You will work closely with project, change and business stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent and effective communication across multiple workstreams.

Opportunities are available at both Analyst and Manager level:

Communications Analyst

You will support the delivery of communication activities across the program, including:

  • Developing and implementing communication plans and materials
  • Translating system and process changes into clear, user-friendly messaging
  • Coordinating communication across projects and value streams
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and feedback loops

Communications Manager

You will lead program-level communication strategy, including:

  • Establishing and driving the overall communication approach and narrative
  • Developing and delivering strategic communication plans
  • Advising senior stakeholders on communication priorities and risks
  • Ensuring alignment and consistency across all program communications

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in communications within large-scale ICT, ERP or digital transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple levels
  • Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messaging
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in SAP or S/4HANA environments
  • Exposure to government or large enterprise settings
