A government organisation in Jandakot, are seeking an experienced all-rounder to step into a Commercial Services Coordination position. This role would be offered on an initial temporary contract for 6-months, working full-time hours and paid on an hourly basis.
Your new role
As the Commercial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Stakeholder engagement in relation to queries, requesting for quotes and issuing work orders
- Preparing and submitting 451 invoices, ensuring compliant with contract requirements and payment schedules
- Coding invoices in the system
- Assisting with maintaining accurate payment and verification records, ensuring compliant with department requirements
- Supporting in coordinating risk assessment and project meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Supporting the wider team with adhoc administration, document management and data entry tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as an administrative all-rounder
- Planning, organisational, and financial management skills, including accounts receivable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access – Intermediate
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Unlimited work rights (candidates on a Working Holiday Visa will not be considered on this occasion)
- Ability to provide two ex-employer references, with one being from the last 12 months
