Your new role

You’ll take ownership of a varied commercial portfolio, overseeing day-to-day operations, tenant relationships, and property performance. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of property types, with support from an experienced team.

  • Managing daily maintenance requests and coordinating contractor work
  • Responding promptly to enquiries from tenants, landlords, and service providers
  • Conducting routine property and site inspections
  • Handling rent collection, lease renewals, and outgoing reconciliations
  • Processing work orders and ensuring timely resolution of property issues
  • Preparing and managing property budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Managing leasing and the ongoing administration of tenancies
  • Preparing reports for owners and ensuring compliance with legal obligations
  • Resolving disputes efficiently and professionally
  • Supporting end-to-end property management, including leasing oversight


What you'll need to succeed

  • A current SA Property Management Registration (essential)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred, but not essential)
  • Previous experience in commercial or residential property management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
  • Confidence dealing with contractors, tenants, and owners alike
  • Competency with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driving licence
