Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Commercial Property Manager to their experienced and well-respected team.

Your new role
They are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of 180 – 200 commercial assets with support. This role will see you working with a wide variety of landlords and tenants across Melbourne — the portfolio is not restricted geographically.

Your duties will include:

  • Full end-to-end property management of a mixed commercial portfolio
  • Landlord and tenant liaison
  • Lease negotiations, rent reviews, renewals and maintenance coordination
  • Managing budgets and outgoings
  • Strategic client advisory and reporting

The role is suited to someone who thrives in a high-trust, professional environment.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive understanding of Commercial Real Estate & high attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in commercial property management or asset management
  • Ability to think critically and work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to take on all tasks, whether big or small.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to be involved in an established and growing business.
  • Real Estate Agents Representative certificate.
