Our client, Glenray Industries, is a values-driven social enterprise based in Bathurst, NSW. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Production Manager to lead their operations and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

As Commercial Services Production Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Glenray’s commercial laundry and industrial services. You’ll lead a diverse team—including Supported Employees—while driving strategic, financial, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Lead and mentor staff, including Supported Employees.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS, WHS, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate across departments to support employee development.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.


What You’ll Bring:

As a hands-on leader with a passion for social impact and operational excellence, you will bring strong commercial acumen, people management skills, and a commitment to inclusion.

Essential Criteria:
  • 5–10 years’ experience in operations, leadership, or commercial services.
  • Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of NDIS and WHS legislation.
  • Experience working with or supporting people with disabilities.
  • Mechanical aptitude and production oversight experience.

Certifications:
  • NDIS Worker Clearance - mandatory
  • Paid Working with Children Check - mandatory
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (car) - mandatory
  • Current NSW HR Driver's Licence – mandatory
  • First Aid Certificate - mandatory
  • Adherence to COVID-19 legislation for the Disability Sector - mandatory
  • Hold or be immediately eligible, capable and willing to obtain a Forklift Licence within 2 months
  • Hold or be immediately eligible, capable and willing to obtain a Confined Space Entry qualification within 2 months.
  • Ability & willingness to work at least 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, rostered shifts, and with different starting and finishing times, which may include weekends and/or public holidays.

Desirable: Experience in disability services or commercial laundry + qualifications in Business/Management.
