Your new role

As a Commercial Litigation Lawyer in the firm, you will handle complex litigation cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of litigation documents.

• Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration.

• Conducting detailed legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

• Maintaining current knowledge of legislation and legal precedents relevant to commercial litigation.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate would have a law degree and be admitted to practice in Victoria. You should have:

• 1+ Years PQE

• Proven experience in commercial litigation.

• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• A keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

• A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
