Commercial Electrical Trade Assistant

Seeking a skilled electrical trade assistant to provide support at a busy commercial site.

Your new role

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Assist tradespeople on a commercial site
  • Assisting with cable pulls and cable tray installs
  • Maintain clean, organised, and hazard-free work areas
  • Operate a range of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Adhere to quality control standards, safety procedures, and site protocols
  • Perform manual labour duties, including digging, lifting, cutting, and transporting tools, materials, and equipment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Punctual and dependable
  • Strong reliability and a solid work ethic
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Current driver’s licence with reliable transport (no public transport)
  • Recent, satisfactory employment references (within the last 6–12 months)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in the electrical industry or as an Electrical Trade Assistant
Required Tickets
  • White Card – Mandatory
  • Elevated Work Platform (EWP) – Mandatory
  • Additional tickets are a bonus (desired)
