Your new role

As a pivotal member of the Finance Team, you will be instrumental in assisting transactional accounting ensuring the robustness of reporting and analysis, including consolidating and preparing all internal and external reporting obligations across multiple projects. You will play a crucial role in supporting projects through the provision of detailed analyses.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, change management and automation of financial processes, maintain controls and support ad-hoc requests.

In detail

  • Review financial data to develop reports, analyses and recommendations
  • Support monthly cost reporting and forecasting meetings by extracting data and turning it into meaningful reports
  • Provide business/financial analysis and decision support that allows management to evaluate alternatives, make fact-based decisions, and consider the consequences of decisions
  • Work closely with delivery teams and contractors to provide timely financial insight

What you'll need to succeed

This is a role for someone who can demonstrate experience in a similar role where you have been an integral part of the finance team delivering robust financial information accurately and on time.

You are a strong communicator and someone who is detail oriented with a high level of analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.

  • Ability to manipulate data to provide meaningful reports
  • Excellent time management skills, shows initiative, with good communication skills, and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Able to work well under pressure in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and procedural mindset
