We're seeking a Digital Solution Architect to provide strategic technical leadership across a major government digital delivery program. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape the future of digital channels, including mobile apps and web portals.

Your new role

• Deliver robust, secure, and scalable solution architectures aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Lead the design of enterprise-class platforms, with a strong focus on AWS Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across domains and successful delivery of digital solutions.
• Provide technical oversight and resolve complex issues during project execution.
• Document and visualise architectural solutions, ensuring knowledge is captured and shared.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business capabilities into actionable technical designs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in solution architecture for enterprise platforms, especially within AWS environments.
• Proven track record in designing digital channels (mobile/web) and integrating complex systems.
• Strong understanding of identity and cybersecurity protocols for large-scale applications.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Experience balancing strategic and tactical goals while mitigating architectural risks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CRM systems, Mulesoft, and web content management platforms.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or Business.
• Industry experience in health, insurance, or other sectors with large customer bases.
• TOGAF or AWS Cloud Architecture certifications.
