A growing Managed Service Provider headquartered in Southbank requires a Cloud Operations Engineer to join its team for a permanent role commencing ASAP. Your new role

• Managing, operating and supporting IT infrastructure within an enterprise environment.
• Participating in cloud native technology adoption and automation strategies.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Assisting with the delivery of cloud, hybrid and on-prem infrastructure projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience providing level 2 & 3 cloud support.
• Proven experience with Windows & Linux OS, Azure / AWS, Office 365, Exchange, Intune, Windows Defender, Veeam, VMware and Network troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting SAN, NAS and Shared Storage systems is advantageous.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
• Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
• Current driver’s license and access to a car.
