What you'll need to succeed

• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure administration and operational support.
• Deep knowledge of Entra ID, including Conditional Access, identity governance concepts, app registrations, and group management.
• Proven experience with Exchange Online administration and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Senior-level capability to operate independently, make sound technical decisions, and own outcomes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in controlled or enterprise-scale environments.

What you'll get in return

• Lead administration and operational support of Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring availability, security, and performance.
• Own Entra ID (Azure AD) operations, including:
• Identity and access management
• Conditional Access policy design and enforcement
• Group lifecycle management
• Application registrations, permissions, and service principals
• Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online, including:
• Mail flow, transport rules, and connectors
• Mailbox management and retention policies
• Hybrid and cross-tenant considerations (where applicable)
• Diagnose and resolve complex cloud and M365 incidents with minimal escalation.
• Act as a technical lead for cloud initiatives, providing guidance and best practices.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and platform teams to implement and maintain compliant cloud solutions.
• Document architectures, operational runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Support audits, security reviews, and change management processes
