Having recently picked up 4 projects ranging up to $20m- 100 in the commercial, education and retail space, they require a Graduate/Assistant PM with already Tier 1 or 2 experience construction experience.
My client specifically wants someone with 2-5 years experience, as this is an intermediate role and want to train the successful candidate to how they act as a PM.

Your new role
Working on behalf of a range of major developers, clients, public/private you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing construction build projects from the perspective of the client/developer, ensuring that the project's goals, timelines, and budgets are met according to the client's requirements and expectations. Working under an experienced Project Manager you will develop into an experienced client side PM.

The client has been strict with requirements; MUST HAVE
2- 5 years experience
If not already a consultancy PM, then Tier 1 or 2 builder experience- projects $20m+.
No subcontractors.
Outstanding communication and confidence
Ability to chair meetings, manage builders and deal with clients.
Construction related degree- Engineering or Construction Management
Permanent residence
Volume / residential dwelling project experience not suitable

Based in Melbourne already.
