Your new role

As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering high-quality development projects and identifying new opportunities. You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
  • Foster new and existing working relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and senior management.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the South Australian construction and development industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end project management delivery methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
