Client Side Project Manager

As a Client-Side Project Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover.

Your new role

Seeking a confident and capable professional to join a dynamic consultancy team delivering exceptional outcomes across the built environment.

  • Lead and manage multiple projects across sectors such as commercial, education, health, and government
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines
  • Engage and coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and compliance
  • Provide strategic advice and reporting to clients
  • Ensure quality assurance and contract administration

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in client-side project management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts (e.g., AS 4000), and project delivery frameworks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
