Having recently picked up 4 projects ranging up to $200m in the commercial and residential tower space, and some education, they require a Graduate/Assistant PM with already Tier 1 or 2 experience.

Your new role

Working on behalf of a range of major developers you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing construction build projects from the perspective of the client/developer, ensuring that the project's goals, timelines, and budgets are met according to the client's requirements and expectations. Working under an experienced Project Manager you will develop into an experienced client side PM.

What you'll need to succeed

The client has been strict with requirements; MUST HAVE

2- 4years experience,
Construction related degree- Engineering, Construction Management etc
Tier 1 or 2 builder background, or even better PM consultancy background. No subcontractors.
Been involved in $50m- $200m building projects
Project experience, towers, schools, universities, hospitals etc.
Permanent residence
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
