Your new role

  • Managing escalated compliance cases end-to-end, from investigation through to resolution
  • Handling disputes and sensitive matters, including liaising with legal counsel where required
  • Engaging with regulators, installers, retailers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Identifying indicators of non-compliance, ineligibility or potential fraud
  • Providing guidance and education on compliance requirements and industry standards
  • Maintaining accurate case records, documentation and audit trails
  • De-escalating complex situations while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Analysing trends and recurring issues to support continuous process improvement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated environment (e.g. energy, financial services, government, insurance or similar)
  • Exposure to renewable energy compliance frameworks (highly regarded)
  • Strong investigative capability with sound problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience managing escalations or complex case portfolios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including dealing with regulators and legal stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with a strong compliance and documentation mindset
  • Experience using CRM or case management systems
