Your new role

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy professional office. As Client Services Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of the office by delivering high-quality administrative and client support across a range of functions. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone proactive, organised and client-focused.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering closely with senior leaders to manage diaries, timesheets and credit card reconciliations
  • Managing reception duties, meeting room coordination and acting as the first point of contact for clients
  • Preparing professional reports, tenders and presentations using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Processing ATO correspondence and assisting with internal invoicing and reporting requirements
  • Anticipating workflow needs and supporting the wider Client Services team to ensure operational efficiency
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role such as Receptionist, Team Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
