Your new role
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy professional office. As Client Services Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of the office by delivering high-quality administrative and client support across a range of functions. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone proactive, organised and client-focused.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering closely with senior leaders to manage diaries, timesheets and credit card reconciliations
- Managing reception duties, meeting room coordination and acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Preparing professional reports, tenders and presentations using the Microsoft Office suite
- Processing ATO correspondence and assisting with internal invoicing and reporting requirements
- Anticipating workflow needs and supporting the wider Client Services team to ensure operational efficiency
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role such as Receptionist, Team Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
