The role is within the Wealth Management department, which services individuals, families and institutions. Your new role
The Client Service Manager sits within the client service team that supports financial advisers with various operational tasks related to account servicing, financial planning and investment portfolios. They are an integral member of the financial advice team and responsible for delivering an excellent client experience.
• Maintaining a high performance culture and supporting client requests and queries in a fast paced environment
• Support two/three Financial Advisers in a small team environment
• Client onboarding and client lifecycle management as well as client offboarding
• Preparation of account documentation in systems in line with current AML/CTF and KYC regulations
• Arrange and assist in the migration of client asset transfers
• IPO and corporate action entitlements and preparation of client valuations and client reporting
• Process and monitor stock settlements, including follow up with clients regarding outstanding funds.
What you'll need to succeed
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Law, Finance or similar
• RG146 – if not held already a requirement to study towards
• Experience within wealth management or financial planning highly desirable
• Understanding of legislation such ASX, AML, KYC, FATCA and CRS
• Experience in Client Service in wealth management not mandatory but highly regarded
• Strong communication skills
• Display a high level of resilience and strong ability to prioritise tasks
