HAYS are working with a well-known residential construction company who are looking for their next Client Liaison Officer to join their team in Applecross, paying up to $80k + super.

Your new role

As the Client Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for their clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the construction process. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships, managing client communications, and ensuring a seamless experience from project inception to completion. Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited too;

• Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing enquiries and providing project updates.

• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and manage expectations.

• Prepare and present project reports, contracts, and proposals.

• Support the Contract Administrator/Pre-start Consultant and maintain Handover Files.

• Provide regular updates on the prestart process and manage Variations in Beams.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead you to your success, as will;

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Beams is desirable.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
